Ngozi Akinyele is a multifaceted woman. She started as a part-time actor, portrait model, and singer while studying Economics at the University of Lagos, Nigeria.

In 2009, she graduated into a professional career as a Management Consultant in KPMG Nigeria. For five years, she led and supported various engagements with public and private organizations, covering Strategy, Human Resources & Operational Transformation, Technology Implementation, and Change Management.

Poised to gain industry experience, she joined Union Bank’s Transformation Management Office at its onset in 2013, working as an embedded resource with the Bain & Company team supporting the Bank’s successful turnaround. Olayinka Oyetunji is married and blessed with three kids. She is a charterholder of the CFA Institute, a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Stockbroker. She works with Ernst & Young as a Manager in Strategy and Transactions. She has over 12 years experience in brokering mergers & acquisitions, valuations, financial modeling and due diligence as well as infrastructure and public sector advisory.

She is the Convener of an initiative called C.L.E.A.N.witholayinka; a platform that uses storytelling to re-energize and inspire people. Chika Nwobi is founder of Decagon which is producing a corps of world-class Nigerian software engineers to help African and International organizations achieve their digital transformation goals.

Before Decagon, Chika has been involved in incubating over 20 startups including Babybliss, Jobberman - Nigeria’s largest online job board and Cheki . Chika was the founder of MTech where he launched Nigeria’s first mobile internet service with MTN Nigeria in 2001 and helped pioneer the Mobile VAS industry. Chika has also led consulting engagements for Ford Foundation and IFC.

Chika is a member of the Board of Unilever Nigeria Plc and a venture partner in Rise Capital, a venture capital firm that has invested in Gokada, Prepclass and Iroko. Chika is also a member of the Governing Council of Anambra State Investment Promotion and Protection Agency (ANSIPPA). He has a BA in Economics and a B.Sc. in Computer Science and is in the MSc Software Engineering program at University of Oxford. Tunde Omotoye

Tunde Omotoye is a seasoned passionate professional who is presently a Senior Business Operations Analyst in one of Canada’s Big 5. In his present role, he oversees the human resources aspect of the business management operations team of the largest technology operations department of his organization.

Prior to now, he was the lead operations resource for the networking department in one of the largest insurance companies in Canada. In that role, he maintained a core balance between playing a HR specialist where he looked into creating critical thought process plans for the networking department while having an overview of system related issues country wide.

Tunde regularly shares his professional experience by straddling stories between Nigeria and Canada while using it to inform and educate young professionals.
