Job Description

1. Managing and assisting in the preparation of financial models and business valuations 
   
2. Creating client marketing presentations and attending client meetings 
   
3. Conducting industry and company-specific due diligence related to transactions 
   
4. Drafting memoranda for sale assignments and assisting in the preparation of fairness opinions 
   
5. Attending drafting sessions for equity offerings 
   
6. Creating marketing materials for our equity sales organization 
   
7. Assisting in the development and continued cultivation of client relationships 
   
8. Developing an understanding of the underlying trends that affect equity capital markets 
   
9. Gaining an understanding of the interests and investment criteria of a number of middle-market private equity firms
